The total construction investment of the power plant is 215 billion Tenge (approximately 3.35 billion RMB), and it is expected to be put into operation in 2025, with a power generation capacity of 240 MW. This modern power generation facility will greatly alleviate the energy shortage problem in Kizilla Oda Oblast.
